The room was large and had a great view from window. Had indoor pool and 2 large hot tubs. Very close to restaurants and falls.

Beautiful room and great location. The check in process is like a time share meeting. From the valet to the front desk they are just trying to upsell everything. Paid for a view of the falls then was told you can’t see them from that room but for $200 more they had a better room. We didn’t upgrade and we definitely could see the falls from our room. Just be aware.

I am an early riser. Don’t like making coffee in the room and wake up my companion. So I enjoy the hotels that have free coffee in the lobby so I can sit and enjoy a coffee and catch upon my email.

Impressive--- From start to finish it was an absolute delight to stay at the Hyatt!
Upon checking in around noon, only expecting to valet the luggage until closer to 4pm check --- the front desk help, Stephano, took time and care at looking to elevate our experience. He looked at availability and told me of a room that was ready and superior to my reservation. There was an upcharge , but not overly steep. One of the nicest rooms I've ever been in--- double king beds--suite with a jacuzzi tub---DIRECT Falls View from the 32nd floor----SOOOOO Amazing! VERY helpful support staff-- assisting all along the way. CLEAN--- pleasant.
Would go back in a heartbeat!
