Brand new place and suites were large. That’s where the good news ends. The front entrance and hallways smells like chemicals. There were no staff on site the 2 nights we stayed. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbours loud and clear.
The HVAC vent in our unit was directly above the bed. So you had to deal with several blasts of cold air on your face each night.
The bed was right under the window (which is weird) on the outside wall. So when it rained one night the noise of the raindrops on the eavestrough was insane. Like a full set of drums playing all night.. If you HAVE to stay here, get a unit on the 2nd floor. But you’re better off looking elsewhere unless they fix these issues.

Disappointed

New facility, which is nice. Very spacious suite. But there a few drawbacks. Strange smell in the entrance and hallways. Thin paper walls, so you can hear your neighbours talk on both sides and upstairs. No staff that I’ve ever seen (we were here for 2 days). Strangely the HVAC vent is directly above the bed, so you get a blast of cold/hot air on your face several times a night. Also only one side table in a bed for two people. They clearly need to redesign the bedrooms, so they are more functional. Anyway, maybe these are growing pains, but improvements are definitely needed.

Brand new facility. Easy check-in and easy checkout process. Highly recommend while this place is still brand new. Only the test of time will tell on how well it holds up

Clean and had all we needed for a 5 night stay. Kitchen had the necessary appliances, dishes, and pots and pans along with cutlery and cleaning supplies. Felt like your own cozy apartment. Staff were amazing and helpful. Felt safe throughout the stay. Definitely recommend these suites.
