Strong safety concerns and robbery during luggage storage

We had been stolen two headphones during the luggage storage offered by the hotel. We have strong safety concerns as the hotel owner confirmed that the luggage had been left alone with other guests but they won't take the responsibility for that. Additionally, the situation for entering the hotel is terrible as there is no doorbell and the lights were not working during the night. As the hotel owner isn't responding anymore neither to us nor to our booking platform we can't recommend to stay at this hostal.

GREAT OPTION TO STAY IN VALDIVIA

I was pleasantly surprised by the Inn. Simple, clean and welcoming. Spacious rooms, breakfast included and very well located. When you travel to destinations like Valdivia where there is so much beautiful place to visit, you only get to sleep, and this Inn meets 3B. Only negative point (and therefore only 4 stars): it moves a lot, as if it were shaking. I never knew why.
