Cute and calm.

Two thumbs up for Katty & George, lovely persons known how to take care of tourist, food, room, clean, near by a Valdivia River, if you love to be silent it’s the right place to stay, very calm, easy location for trekking, sunset will take your breath away, and I am pretty sure you will do not wanna go back home. It’s my first time and will come for winter.

Very pleasant and well-attended resting place

Small hotel in great location and close to the city. Spectacular views, very quiet room, spacious bathroom and very well equipped. Served by their own owners, who are close and friendly people. Homemade food of very good quality and elaboration. Really very pleasant stay, for rest or excursions in the area. Highly recommended!

A good reason to return to Valdivia

A first class six rooms hotel with awe inspiring views of the river. The evening sunsets are otherworldly. The room we had was very comfortable with all the modern conveniences one needs - high speed wifi, flat TV, desk, etc. The king bed was very comfortable -easy to oversleep. The bathroom had all conveniences. Excellent breakfast with homemade kuchen. It's minutes away from the city of Valdivia in one direction and the Pacific Ocean in the other. The owners are friendly and helpful - offering advice from things to see to where to eat.

A find in Valdivia

The Cutipay Boutique Hotel was a find in Valdivia. Small and with few rooms but with personalized and familiar service. The view, extraordinary. The breakfast, although not well stocked (understanding the size of the Hotel), had just what was necessary. It was a pleasure and we will surely return.
Special mention goes to Kitty and George who are close, friendly and helpful hosts to meet our demands. Thank you.
Of course, internal security could be improved with cameras, for example. Due to the format of the Hotel, there is not much control over what happens in the hallways. It's a suggestion.
