Excellent couple experience

Excellent experience to go as a couple, amazing visits to the city of Valparaiso and the bed 10/10.
The excellent breakfast also 10/10, also adding that the staff was very attentive at all times to our doubts.

A stay to forget very quickly

Noisy and poorly maintained hotel despite a flattering exterior appearance and a first-rate location.

Awesome location in the middle of restaurants, shops, museums, street vendors, etc. Next to one of the ascensors in case one doesn't want to walk up/down the hill (though I usually walked). Breakfast was nice and served each morning from 8:30 am. Staff quite helpful and friendly. Had laundry done 2 times and returned next day and quite competitive price.

We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us.

Staff was friendly. The hotel in general is a bit rickety, but clean. Difficult to find, you must walk a couple blocks from a street corner down a pedestrian alley. It’s on the top of a hill with a funicular or take the stairway outside, with over 150 steps.
