It is not a luxury hotel, so expensive for what it is, lacks a little clean floor and bathroom level.
Spacious rooms, average staff, very unsmiling.
Very good location 2 steps from the ledge.
For 2 nights max it’s good.otherwise take something else.

Very poor
Clean and well located, but don't expect too much! My room (studio) was in desperate need of a renovation or some TLC. The bed had plastic sheets under the bed sheets which made a noisy and uncomfortable sleep, the bathroom and kitchen were in very poor condition.
The service was very average too. The staff member checking me in, didn't tell me anything at all. Just gave me a key with 36 on it. How I was expected to know it was on the 7th floor, I have no idea!
I wouldn't recommend staying here, for the price paid I expected much more.

A good night sleep
Stayed a night here recently, breakfast was included, but didn't try.
If you're in Kuwait for a short visit, and you are looking for only a place to sleep, this is an ideal hotel / location.
I didn't enjoy the people smoking in the lifts, lobby and general smoking smell around corridors.
Also, please pack your toiletries, as there is only some soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower.
Take bottles of water and tea coffee, as none of this is provided in the room.
There is a microwave, kettle and small electric hotplate if you need, but, I’d rather not use them.
The Marina mall is next door, with ample options to eat and a few minutes’ walk around and you’ll get some local street food.
If you want a bed with a headboard, this hotel is not for you, as the beds as you can see in the photos are just the box and mattress, but comfortable to sleep in.
Will stay here again, only to sleep. As the rooms are dated, but clean, neat and smell free.
