Very good location and hotel

It was in a good location, away from noise and close to the American Embassy. It's located near Gran Estación Mall and different stores and restaurants. Comfortable room and bathroom with hot water for the shower. Bed was nice, good wifi signal and TV cable.

Cancellation Policy

I will not be able to make the trip as the airlinne cancelled all flights to both Panama and Bogota. Therefore I tried cancelling the reservation but when I checked the confirmation email I realized that the money I paid would not be refunded. Apparently, if there is a cancellation the total reservation cost will be charged. Be very careful booking because they charge your credit card even before you travel.

VERY GOOD LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE BED

The location was perfect for me and highly recommended for those needing the U.S. Embassy on a tight budget. I was two blocks from the U.S. Embassy and the main street (Calle 24). Easy taxi rides to Gran Estacion Mall and Saltre Plaza for shopping needs. Stores, fast food, restaurants, cafes were all located within walking distance. Room was comfortable and had shower (with hot water), great wifi and a plasma TV (with great cable). I would stay here again and recommend it to others coming to Bogota.

De lo peor qué hay en Bogotá

Reserve por una página de internet y no concuerda para nada lo que ofrecen, con lo que dan... te quieren cobrar unos adicionales que se supone están incluidos en la reserva. No les importo que estaba con mi familia y que había una niña. No solucionaron y me tocó salir con mis maletas a buscar otro hotel. De verdad pésima experiencia, de lo peor qué hay en Bogotá. NO lo recomido... son unos estafadores, haciendo publicidad engañosa. Afortunadamente tengo los captures de la reserva y voy a denunciarlos en la superintendencia de industria y comercio.

Solo para una noche

El hotel cuenta con recepción 24 horas, muy cerca de la embajada, es un hotel pequeño que denota la transformación de una casa de dos pisos a la cual le hicieron muchas habitaciones.
El restaurante queda detrás de la recepción donde algunas sillas se encuentran en mal estado y la mesa es metálica, algo muy poco conveniente teniendo en cuenta las frías mañanas en Bogotá, se hace incómodo comer.
El wifi no tiene buena señal o tiene poca capacidad para poder funcionar bien con todos los huéspedes, es normal que se caiga la conexión.
