Great option in the middle of Zone T!
Hotel Saint Simon is an excellent accommodation option very well located in the middle of Zona T of Bogotá, a few steps from a large shopping center (Andino), shops, commerce and varied services. Easy access to cars by application, as well as to drivers indicated by the hotel reception for various locations and tours, including: we use one of them very helpful and friendly, Mr. Alfonso, to spend the day at the Cathedral of Salt in Zipaquirá at a super fair and affordable price; the hotel also helped us to book one for our return to the airport (point and car tailored to our 4 person group's luggage). Even being in the middle of Zone T, the quality of sleep is excellent, due to the anti-rust window in the rooms (we got on the 2nd and 4th floors). The room is excellent, spacious, with everything necessary (safe, dryer and toiletries in the bathroom, table with chair, armchair, portable air conditioning, sockets near the beds, closet); impeccable daily cleaning! The breakfast is varied and very tasty. Staff always very kind, ready to help and provide all kinds of information to the guest. We used without any problem the luggage deposit on the day of our check out. Excellent stay. Super recommend!

Horrible service
I do not recommend this place, first because I feel that there is not a fair price. At the reception there is no price list per room or clear information, furthermore, I proposed paying in euros and the gentleman told me that 20 euros would have a value of 50 thousand pesos, but the exchange rate is around 80 thousand pesos. By the way, I was checking in and the gentleman at the front desk was more focused on helping 2 Argentinians get to the T zone. I do not recommend the service at this place.

Excellent option (if you don't want to sleep)
We had a very bad experience at this hotel. Although the location is excellent, the hotel is not prepared for the noise level of the area, surrounded by bars and nightclubs.
The first night we woke up several times, although we finally managed to rest. The second night it was impossible to sleep. The music could be heard as if it were inside the room. The window was not well sealed, so it seemed like it remained open the whole time. In addition to the noise, the smell coming from the grease extractor hoods of the nearby restaurants also entered.
The rooms also do not have good internal soundproofing. The doors are very thin; one night we were even woken up by another guest's phone that rang around 1:00 a.m., as if it were in our own room.
Given this situation, we decided to move up our departure. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer us any solution or compensation. They indicated that they could change our room, but without guaranteeing that there would be less noise. The most concerning thing was that they told us: "All guests complain about the noise," which shows that they know about the problem, but have not taken measures to solve it.
We want to highlight that Edgar, at the front desk, did everything possible to help us, but he explained to us that the hotel's policies did not allow him to offer a different solution.
Finally, the room facilities looked old and with an evident lack of maintenance. The shower handles, the doors, and other elements were worn out and gave the impression of being about to break.
In short, our experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking to rest or sleep well.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Worst WiFi ever. Slow, constantly disconnects, bad signal. Drained my internet in 2 days. If you need WiFi, don’t stay. If you don ’t then it’s a great place
