Nice Family Business

Upon arrival we were greeted with warmth and sincerity. The place was clean and well organized. Tasty breakfasts was served on a nice balcony where we could enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The rooms were very bright and comfortable with plenty of hot water. About the only downfall was the ability to properly regulate the hot water; going from scalding hot to ice cold without warning. We had a king suite and space for luggage was a bit tight but still a comfortable room. The family that runs this hotel was eager to offer suggestions and assistance to make the most of our time in Bucaramanga. We would stay again should the opportunity arise.

Hospitalidad y servicio mâs que sobresaliente

El hotel que maneja el Sr. Ramon y su esposa en Bucaramanga es único por su hospitalidad y la dedicación que le ponen al cliente. Estuvimos en una decena de hoteles, a lo largo de Colombia, y el Hotel Getsemani se destaca por ser desde lejos el hotel mas amigable para el visitante y turista.
La recepción es muy acogedora. Se esfuerzan en satisfacer las más pequeñas demandas. Van muchísimo mas allá de lo que uno se espera. La Sra. se ocupa más de la cosa material (se ocupó de que nuestra ropa se lavara, por ejemplo), mientras que el Sr. Ramon le pone un toque personal a la recepción y explica todo lo que se pueda querer saber sobre la región de Santander y sus atractivos. También tiene una piscina interior decorada de modo original, relajante, cuyas horas eran muy flexibles.
Tuve la impresión de despedir a un amigo, al irnos después de nuestra breve estadía de 24h. Volvería en cualquier momento.

Excelente hotel

Muy organizado, tienen protocolos de bioseguridad incluyendo horarios para uso de piscina por habitación. Es muy tranquilo y las instalaciones permanecen muy limpias, tienen WIFI y espacios sociales en los cuales se podría trabajar. Muy recomendado!!

Descanso, calidad, seguridad, familiar

Un lugar para descansar, limpio, aseado, confortable, familiar.
Las habitaciones son agradables invitan al descanso, son limpias.
Aunque no tienen parqueadero para muchos carros es seguro dejarlo en la puerta del hotel porque tienen vigilancia permanente por circuito cerrado de televisión.

Recomendadisimo!!!!

Excelente atención, habitaciones amplias, limpias y comodas. Muy agradable el lugar, el sector es residencial (cerca sitios para cenar), de facil acceso a transporte. La comida fresca y buen sazon.
