The breakfast was good but they offered the same thing every day. Eggs and bread with fresh fruits and juice. It was not buffet so you were given 1 glass of juice and 2 slices of toast with the eggs.

Hotel and staff were nice. The first floor bed only had a fan not a AC but was not bad with the upper units on. The shower was very slow to drain and would flood the bathroom. Perfect location, walkable and could sit at the park and watch performers. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Great location and wonderful staff. The room was large and was good value. Breakfast was included. Stayed 8 nights.

Nice hotel in the middle of the walled Cartagena area. All attractions inside the wall are in walking distance. The room was a little small, but it was very confortable. Unfortunately there was a broken pine one of our 5 nights, but they fixed it soon. The area felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Karen at the breakfast. She is very kind and accommodating with special requests.
The property and the rooms need some maintenance (doors don´t close properly anymore, some drywall issues, etc), but nothing too bad. Room and the property were clean, and the breakfast was great.
I think we would stay there again assuming no broken pipe again :) They were even very nice about storing our luggage for hours on the departure day. There is a park right in front with food and some stores and coffee shops around it. It was overall a very nice stay
