New boutique hotel is a great option in Pereira

Good rate on a new place in the central, main drag of Pereira. Tastefully designed and since it is small, the staff pay attention just like an inn or B&B. And a full and good Colombian style breakfast is included. The only issue was that our room faced the hallway and you could not block out the intense lighting at night while sleeping.

Hotel de paso, cómodo.

Buen hotel para pasar la noche, habitación amplia y colchones cómodos, aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Si tienes vehículo puedes dejarlo a la entrada del hotel tiene vigilancia privada. Servicio al cliente aceptable. Por mejorar tema de restaurante, tuve que caminar cuatro cuadras para encontrar un sitio para cenar. Relativamente cerca al Bioparque Ukumari. Si buscas un hotel para pasar la noche, cerca al aeropuerto o a Ukumari, es una opción. Si buscas lujos o excelencia en servicios, sigue buscando.

Hotel basico

Esta bien ubicado a 10 min del Aeropuerto, las habitaciones son cómodas, los servicios básicos, el personal es atento, sin ser cálido. Es limpio. El wi-fi es más bien malo. Te sacan a la 1 pm en punto, no hay chance de solicitar salir más tarde, aún el hotel este desocupado, eso me pareció un lunar en el servicio.

Agradable

Muy buena ubicación como hotel de paso, el servicio en general es bueno, el desayuno ofrece muy poca variedad, en general bueno en razón del precio, es pequeño pero confortable, no es lo mejor, pero se aguanta.

Mala Experiencia

El personal es amable, algunas habitaciones son buenas, otras no, incluye el desayuno tipo americano y algo mas, las habitaciones a elegir si llegan, son, las del fondo en segundo piso y mi mala experiencia radica en que nunca realicen abonos por adelantado en este hotel, pues me toco retirarme antes de lo pensado por un accidente que sufrí, yo había realizado un abono en efectivo y no lo retornaron por ningún motivo y literalmente te roban el dinero, si desean quedarse nunca realicen abonos.
