Situé tout près du centre de Salento un petit village typique de Colombie. La maison est calme et accueillante, les hôtes sont hyper disponibles et sympas! Enormément de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours... On s'y sent comme à la maison et on n'a plus du tout envie de partir. Je recommande sans hésiter! ;)

Avoid at all costs.

We stayed at La Cigarra for two nights. We were 'upgraded' to a filthy cabaña which had an awful smell, a mixture of humidity and sewage. All surfaces, tables, chairs and hammocks were dirty and disgusting. Very noisy and your car will be damaged trying to get to the place. The rest of the place was equally bad.

Unreliable. Avoid.

I made a booking at 7pm on January 3rd for January 5th. In the middle of the night of the 4/5 I received a WhatsApp cancelling my booking due to the hostel being overbooked. This was during Salento's annual festival so there were literally no rooms anywhere in the town. After hours walking around looking for an alternative I had to give up and am now staying in Armenia 12 miles away.
If you are looking for a reliable, professional provider - look elsewhere

Excellent

Allez-y sans hésiter, à 10mn et pied de la place centrale de Salento, très calme, les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse extrême, très arrangeants et très disponibles si vous avez des questions. La maison est très propre, cuisine équipée, terrasse, hamacs, machine à laver... N’hésitez pas à acheter du café de la Cigarra avant de partir !
Merci beaucoup à Juan Francisco, Sylvia et Milena pour ce séjour parfait de 6 jours !

Impresentables

Reservamos con Booking.com. Pero un día antes el hotel nos la cancels por la cara alegando que por error de booking está lleno. Reservamos en otro sitio, y luego casi nos cobran la noche. Mis quejamos a Booking.com y estos superprofesionales no nos cargan nada sino que además nos abonan una noche. Un 10 a booking y este establecimiento no merece ni puntuarlo.
