Abysmal customer service from management

I've been overcharged for lunches and I realize that they do nothing to correct the alleged mistake... I've been communicating with them for a whole week and they don't offer me any solution... They're blatantly withholding money that doesn't belong to them and I'm gonna put them on a lawyer.

Las habitaciones están deterioradas, el baño tenia insuficiente agua, la zona de piscina en la noche no tenía suficiente iluminación y mucho desorden en el restaurante. La atención de la recepcionista muy buena, pues a pesar de que tenían poco personal para atender los huéspedes ella siempre estuvo muy atenta. El hotel tiene carpas propias para la playa y está bien ubicado.
