Beautiful and the best location

The hotel is all over the front of Colon Park and the Cathedral , downstairs has a cafe restaurant where you can enjoy the afternoon and listen to the Musicians who are made all over the front to play, it has balconies that overlook the park and has supermarkets and all kinds of warehouses just a block away, you are in the middle of the colonial area and the attention of the staff is excellent, the exceptional room, it was a great coincidence to stay at this hotel, I think it is certainly a wonderful option in Santo Domingo

Nice hotel, extremely well located on the historical part of Santo Domingo. Everything is at walking distance, but parking can be very difficult.

Great location, right in the plaza. We loved the cafe right outside, very convenient. Enjoyed the colonial style and how well maintained the property is. Some things to improve: there is no parking at the propriety and parking in the area is very hard to find. Loading and unloading our luggage was stressful as there is no space for this in front of the hotel. There are no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up to 4 floors of stairs depending in which floor your room is. We arrived very late (after 12 am) and there were no signs of where the entrance was. We had to try several times until we found the door. All that being said, I would recommend this hotel as it is right in the middle on of the Zona colonial, spacious, beatiful, clean and safe!

From the check in process until check out everything was smooth, including the previous request to have flowers delivered to my room was excellent. Entire staff are an excellent team!!! Carlos is definitely a STAR!!

Wasn't aware there wasn't an elevator, but the staff definitely made that easier. The air conditioner in the room was not working well and that made for a hard night. Aside from that it was a good deal.
