Good food lovely staff old building
Good place lovely food amazing staff but the bad part it it's OLD the hallway smells old and the 2 reception is not really open but if you are out all day yes do come here

Terrible.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay really deserves one. For the price, you can easily find much better, more modern accommodation with a far more professional level of service.
The first impression was already disappointing — the receptionist was smoking outside the hotel and then escorted us to the reception smelling strongly of cigarettes.
The room itself had several issues. The toilet was loose, the shower was poorly designed and difficult to regulate, and the overall equipment was clearly old and worn out. While we expected dated interiors from the photos, the technical condition was simply unacceptable.
In the evening, we wanted to play billiards, but the reception staff didn’t even know where the tables were located. We were given a cue and sent to look for them ourselves. The tables turned out to be placed in the middle of long corridors, making a lot of noise for nearby rooms, despite there being a proper game room just a few meters away.
Another unpleasant surprise was a loose maintenance panel in the wall that fell out when we closed the door, letting cold air into the room.
Breakfast was decent overall — the semolina porridge was actually very good — but the restrooms in the restaurant smelled strongly of sewage, which completely ruined the experience.
When we reported the issues at checkout, the receptionist simply laughed it off. That was, fortunately, the end of our stay.
Overall, the price does not match the quality at all. I would strongly recommend choosing a different place.

Dear Lucie and Adam, thank you for your one-day stay, which you chose in the next upper building in the room with the cheapest price and the lowest standard that we offer. We also thank you for your time you dedicated to writing your review. We have thoroughly checked your comments.
We are sorry that you entered the hotel at the moment when our receptionist was smoking outside in front of the building. He was in the smoking area, which is available to all smoking guests, as our hotel is non-smoking.
As for the mentioned shortcomings of your room, we are sorry that you did not immediately report the defects to the reception, as the printed information in the room encourages you to do. We would certainly have agreed with you on a solution, or changed the room immediately at the beginning of your stay.
We are sorry that our receptionists did not provide you with accurate information about the billiards table location in the next building. At the time you expressed interest in it, our 2 new receptionists were on duty. We have already instructed both of them so that the situation does not happen again.
We definitely disagree with your criticism of the location of the billiard table in the large hall (not in the corridor, as you state). The corridors with the individual rooms lead from this hall. So far, none of our guests have complained that they were disturbed by the billiards game. In addition, there are doors between the hall and the corridors that could be closed if necessary. We also observe night silence, so billiards cannot be played after 10:00 p.m. You are suggesting that the billiards should be moved from the hall to the large room next door. However, this is a congress room that is intended for international conferences, competitions and other group events. A billiards table would be an obstacle there and would have to be carried out and balanced for each such event.
We are sorry that you smelled an unpleasant smell when entering the restaurant toilet. However, during repeated inspection, we did not find this.

Retro but good
Old fashioned/retro, but perfect location for Jeseniky trips. Good restaurant. Bowling and swimming pool counts. I had used it as base camp for mineralogical excursions.

Nice place to stay in the Jeseníky Mountains.
Nice place at a reasonable price. Clean and well-equipped rooms. Old fashioned but still functional bathroom. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. I can recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay.

Good location
Hotel is old, although renovated. If anyone wants a luxury or comfort, this is probably not the place to choose. However I have been happy with this accommodation, room was clean, sheets were cotton and comfortable, room temperature was nice, bathroom clean, overall the room was clean. The breakfast was ok, a la carte menu is bad but I guess it's because they want to encourage everyone to buy a half board or full board.
for the good price and great location, this is worth to stay in.
I would recommend they swap some furniture, especially in the play rooms, cause it smells there old. Would also recommend bigger sheets so they cover entire matrace and have a kettle with tea and at least instant coffee in the room.
