Great experience
The only complaint I would have was the sofa bed in the family room - it creaked loudly whenever my friend sleeping on it made the slightest move.

Nice moder hotel, with small improvement could be excellent
Staff - very friendly and helpfull.
Breakfast - food excellent, but the dining area is not very comfortable for longer sitting, some tables are really not comfortable to sit at (low sofa instead of chairs, small distances between tables etc.). There is no separate area for families with small children, so the babys noise everywhere and kids running all over the restaurant.
Rooms - modern, nice, clean, rather small but still ok. 2 problems - hard mattress on both sides, no topper available to soften the bed, so sleep comfort quite low. Also flooring in the room is not good choice - vinyl floor and no carpet, so when your room is not on the top floor, you can hear unpleasant noice from walking in the room above yours, kids crying can also be heard at night/early mornings (as there is no carpet as noise protection).
Wellness - looks perfect, but no personal experience due to ilness, so can not be reviewed.

Incomprehensible
Full hotel of guests, lots of events in Mikulov and surroundings - well, strange approach. So the visit was a big disappointment for me.

Very modern, well-kept hotel
The room was small but very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection. We also had dinner once, but the dishes did not taste good, even though they were very nicely presented. On the other hand, we were surprised by the large and good selection of wines. The wellness area is quite small and if you are unlucky in the afternoon you will not get a free lounger. It will certainly be better in summer, though, because there is a beautiful swimming pond in the garden.
Unfortunately, the restaurants in the city are a bit clumsy when it comes to tourism. You will usually look in vain for English or German menus. The descriptions of some sights are also only written in Czech.
