Next to highway

A nice place to stay during long drive. Clean rooms, nice service. Good breakfast and great beer. It is close to the highway surrounded by trees. Small playground for kids. We recommend to stay for a night.

One night stay

I think we were only guests when we visited this hotel. We arrived in the evening and first impression was spooky. It is just of the highway so it is convenient for short rest. Hotel personnel does not speak any English - not even numbers.
I was surprised when they asked for exact time for breakfast but it was great, we had buffet at our table and it had really everything.
I would recommend this hotel for one night stay.

Pleasant and clean hotel just off motorway west of Brno

Pleasant and clean hotel just off motorway west of Brno.
Handy for overnight stay when visiting local industrial areas, with some pleasant short walks if you have a spare hour.
Food was wholesome and good quality.
If you are there for a couple of days there is a 3 bed apartment which offers communal living room.

Short stay

Rooms were very clean and nice but it was very hot summer day and not possible to sleep. Air conditioner didn't work. On the third floor was even more hotter. Food was without salad, what was weird. Some of staff spoke only local language

Good for the price, and convenient near the motorway.

That day, I was covering distance on the motorbike.
After 1200 km on a stormy day, it was time to find a bed.
Internet search from a nearby fuel-station found Annahof.
Receptionist answered promptly, spoke english and promised : Bed, Breakfast, safe motorcycle parking and wifi.
It turned out to be an Clean, Efficient place.
The location is just off the motorway, but nicely secluded in the woods.
The parking was ok-safe, the (single) room was small but good and clean.
The wifi worked fine, and Breakfast was above average for the price-range.
They asked what time I wanted breakfast. When I said 0700, that was possibly a bit early, as recpetion hesitated, so I asked for 0730. I was the first person at breakfast, but I got scrambled eggs with a smile anyway.
As I may be doing the same trip again, I know I can depend on hotel Annahof for a good place to sleep and eat.
