Good address

Enter the large courtyard by car, free parking. Welcome of 12 hours possible. Don't speak English, but get away with it. Very welcome smiling and helpful. Nice large room with a kitchenette and a small bathroom slab. As everywhere no air conditioning and no shutter but just blackout blinds. In the table yard so noisy people who drink late at night and talk early in the morning. If you sleep with the windows open it is noisy. Also noisy people slamming doors, moving chairs, opening or locking their doors. And you can hear the busy road. Welcome with water bottle in the room. It's very clean.
11 minutes from the centre by car

We love Penzion Vion in Krimice Plzen

If you have a car this is the place to stay. 15 minutes about 6km from city centre, also a convenient bus at half past the hour 300 metres up the road.
Been here over a week and due to leave tomorrow. Considering squatters rights.
If you speak German as one of our party does communication is possible and fun, if English only be prepared to use a dictionary and lots of pointing. Quite often there is a villager having coffee or beer, who speaks English. Plus side we have learnt a lot of Czech. There is of course Google translate
Just about to book next visit as back in October but may visit family next month too.
Exceptionally convenient for day trips, went across Austrian border 2 1/2 hours south and German border 30mins.
Prague by train yesterday as a central city station both ends 1 1/2 hours. And only approx £6 return. Trains superb, comfortable compartments very clean and mobile refreshment trolley.
So much to commend this hotel, city and country. Just come and see for yourself!

Klein und fein und sehr familiär

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für je 3 Personen. Der Bitte nach einem Zimmer im EG wurde entsprochen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig gewesen uns sehr sauber. Der Innenhof, wo auch die Autos abgestellt werden können, konnte von den Kindern zum Spielen genutzt werden. Abends konnten wir noch gemütlich draußen sitzenden - Getränke gab es bis 22 Uhr auch draußen.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Somit für uns steht fest - wir kommen wieder

Klein aber Oho...sehr nett um zu verweilen und nahe Zentrum

Vorstadt von Pilsen(Plzen), unweit vom Zentrum. Sehr sauber, und sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilft den Gästen bei allen Fragen..Ideal auch für Angler-unweit befindet sich die Talsperre Hracholousky mit sehr interessantem Fischbestand.Tageskarte 8 €. Die kleine aber feine Speisekarte ist ok, preislich und was Qualität betrifft. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert. Ins Zentrum lohnt es sich mit dem Taxi am Abend zu fahren, vor allem weil es nicht teuer ist, und zum anderen führt der Weg an der Pilsener Urquell Brauerei (Plzenzky Prazdroy) meist nicht vorbei ,. Und da kann man ebenfalls sehr gut essen und ist alle mal empfehlenswert. In der Pension Vion rundet eine kleine Bar für einen Absacker alles noch ab

Sehr zu Empfehlen

Für mich und meine Familie ist die Unterkunft sehr angenehm und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen , und das Essen ist sehr gut. Kommen schon über 10 jahre in diese pension.
