Great location- cute little hotel - very clean- the only downside- if you’re not tech savvy at all - may have issues with the whole checkin process as no one onsite. They are very responsive to emails/ texts!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel was in a perfect location and the room was gorgeous. It was clean, and very easy to access after completing the online check in. I’d highly recommend it!

Location is excellent, room was clean and as in the photos. Staff are responsive. There is one strong aircon in top of the main bed but doesn't help to cool the living area. I could call this property excellent if there was an aircon in the living room as well. But overall it was ok.
Daily room service was also provided.
I would consider staying here again if I was to go to Prague again.

Excellent location - easy to walk everywhere! Very comfortable beds, clean and spacious, no noise from traffic or outside. Good information on sustainability (bedding and towel changes).
Suggested areas of improvement:
- all room doors and entrance doors should have a quiet close fitted - we were unlucky in having inconsiderate guests as neighbours who slammed doors A LOT! Installing soft close on all doors would certainly help enjoying slow mornings during our vacation
- refill the coffee bar every day - or include clear information that we are offered one cup of coffee per day.
- seeing that there is no reception, we have sent a couple of messages with questions about our stay (ex.: early check in possibility) but have not received any response. There was info about reaching out to the hotel via WhatsApp but the number given was not available.

More of an AirB&B than a hotel.

We stayed at 8 different hotels over the course of our recently completed trip and this was the worst of the lot. Really, it was the only one that was genuinely disappointing. Maybe we just had bad luck, but I wouldn't recommend it.
From the positives - the room was gorgeous. The location was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the old town area, so everything was very walkable.
The issues, though - the hotel is a hike from the train station, and my smartphone's walking directions were less than ideal. So, it took us a while walking cobblestone streets pulling our carry ons to reach the hotel. Maybe that's on me for not better deciphering the local transportation options, but it was a pleasant day for a walk.In all, it probably took us 30 minutes to reach the hotel.
Once we arrived, we found out that you need a key code to check-in to the hotel. And that the hotel is unstaffed. Yes, I did get a message saying I needed to check-in 24 hours in advance, but it didn't say that the hotel is unstaffed. (And EVERY hotel on the trip told me to check-in early, but it didn't matter for any of the others. I prefer to check-in when I reach the hotel.) So, this meant that I had to frantically send a series of e-mails back and forth and fill out on-line forms without wifi before I could check-in. The hotel offered a phone number to call, but our eSIMs didn't offer phone service. I could also use WhatsApp, but I didn't have that installed and it required a text for activation. Again, I didn't have phone service. Check-in took well over an hour of me fighting with my phone and sending e-mails.
Once we were finally checked in, the room and facilities were gorgeous. They're absolutely true to the pictures, and the rooms overlook a plaza with a bunch of great restaurants.
The final straw, though, was when the power went out in the room at Midnight. Maybe this was a freak occurrence, but I sleep with a CPAP, so it meant that I wasn't sleeping. Because the hotel isn't staffed, I sent an e-mail. The service desk auto-responder said the e-mail wasn't staffed after 9PM. I got a response at 8AM that power was back on, but by that time, we'd already left the hotel.

Dear John,
Thank you sincerely for taking the time to share your experience with us. We truly appreciate you letting us know about your stay.
We are very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations, and we regret the difficulties you encountered both upon arrival and during the night. This is never the experience we want for our guests.
It is reassuring to know that you enjoyed the room design, the presentation of the space, and our location in the historic centre. Our Adrez properties are chosen with great care to offer guests a comfortable base right in the heart of Prague, close to landmarks, dining, and transport.
Regarding our concept, this property operates without a traditional reception, and we provide self check‑in and digital assistance, as described in our listing. Guest registration is required under Czech law, and many guests appreciate being able to complete it at their convenience before arrival. We understand, however, that this approach may feel unfamiliar, and we are truly sorry for the frustration it caused. Although our support team is available 24/7 by phone or WhatsApp, we understand that this may not have been easily reachable for you at the time.
We are also deeply sorry for the disruption caused by the overnight power interruption. We fully understand how distressing this can be, especially when medical equipment is involved, and we regret the worry and discomfort this situation created.
Your feedback is very important to us and helps us continue improving the experience we offer.
Best regards,
Adrez Customer Care Team
