Great experience

Hotel was really clean. Great food. Beautiful rooms. I really enjoyed the trip here. We Went skiing to the ski area Říčky. Which u can easily get there by a ski bus leaving right in front of the hotel. And IT Is about 10 minutes long. And overall a good experience.

A week to remember

We stayed here with family from 1.7.21 till 8.7.21. A big thanks to Mr. Jiroud the operation manager who took such good care of us as well as all other guest. We took dinner at the hotel all 7 days and it was very good and recommended with affordable price. Breakfast included with room price, swimming pool, tv, wifi.

Relaxing stay in mountains

A week in a quiet place was good for our health as we were mentally tired. The rooms were newly recostructed, nicely equipped and the hotel was perfectly clean! Breakfasts and especially dinners were delicious. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Nice location, but a bit dingy, problem with communication

The hotel lies in nice forest surroundings. Its rooms has interesting niches, there's a lot of wooden material what well corresponds to its style and location. Unfortunately, we had severe problem with communication with hotel owner. The swimming pool is a bit cold what is refreshing during really hot days but chilli when temperatures are just around 20 Celsius. There is only one phone number and it wasn't responding for couple hours before our arrival. The stuff is rather unwilling to communicate and give complete, precise information, we didn't feel pro-customer attitude. Because of that we have only one breakfast (a good one, that needs to be said) out of 4 meals we paid for and stayed one night less.

Good location, very good food, average rooms

Room was clean and spacy but with an old equipment. Meal was really tasty, nice terrace with grill and pool. Location is very good for all tourist activities like cc skiing or bicycling. Quiet place which is also suitable for families with children.
