The property is amazing. Beautifully maintained throughout and so many things to explore. Our private room was amazing with such a spectacular view and privacy. Service is top level and we highly recommend this place for romantic trip or family holiday.

The property was very nice and elegant. Pools were great. The food were amazing. The only problem we had was transportation to the property and activities were very costly

The entire hotel and staff were amazing! We booked a bungalow for three and it was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. In addition to the wonderful room, the facilities including the Spa, the pools, the restaurant and the activities all exceeded our expectations as well. The Canyon Adventure (Zipline) was a big hit for our family, and our son was very appreciative of all the meal options he could have that offered non-dairy options. We booked transportation with the resort provided option and it was a great choice for ease and convenience. Five star experience all around!

The food is very fresh and they take great pride in quality ingredients in their food and drinks. Each is a masterpiece both is taste and presentation! The staff are all amazing and the property is very clean, except for the pools which gather leaves from the trees above, but I appreciate it’s impossible to avoid. The tubing and zipline are a must try offered on the property and the guided walk and yoga beautiful experience. The thermal river is unbelievably beautiful and warm like a hot tub and clear to the bottom. You have to experience it to believe it. Lots of walking and steps but all worth it! Nothing but relaxation and beauty at this resort. The rooms are very functional and private and it was amazing seeing monkeys and birds everywhere. I would stay here again!
