The perfect home base for our family of four!!
AJ House & Suites was the perfect home base for our family of four in Uvita, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
The property was spotlessly clean and the location is unbeatable — we walked to Steve’s Market for groceries and strolled to breakfast at the Dome without ever needing to get in the car. That kind of convenience is hard to find and made our stay so much more relaxing.
But what truly set this experience apart was our host, Veronica. Before we even arrived, she went above and beyond by sending us a personalized video message highlighting great stops to make on our drive from San José to Uvita — such a thoughtful and unique touch that made the journey part of the adventure. Throughout our stay she was incredibly prompt in responding to any questions we had. That level of care and attentiveness is rare and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
We will 100% be back. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located spot in Uvita with a host who truly goes the extra mile, look no further than AJ House & Suites!

A perfect place to relax and enjoy
A wonderful stay at AJ House and Suites
Our experience at AJ House and Suites was simply wonderful. Since we arrived, you rating that every detail is thought of with love and care. The place is super comfortable, cozy and has everything you need to enjoy to the fullest.
We loved the detailed guide they offer on using the facilities and the recommendations to get to know the area; it really makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Also, its location is perfect: close to restaurants, supermarkets and many points of interest.
And the pool... a delight! Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Undoubtedly, a place we would return to happy and we fully recommend.
