I Love This Hotel

I love this hotel. Why? Well, it is centrally located in Cavtat. Hotel Cavtat is very clean, very comfortable with a peaceful atmosphere.
We had a deluxe room with a sea view and it was worth the upgrade.
The buffet breakfast was ample and delicious with a wide variety to suit all tastes.
The Staff are just amazing and so nice, helpful, polite and kind. I would like to thank Slavko on reception & Katerina in the restaurant who were especially marvellous.
Thank you for the very kind gesture of a bottle of champagne for my Spouse’s birthday.
I am very sorry to leave and we hope to stay again for longer next year.

Had a good holiday , should have booked b&b

Good points.... Hotel is in a lovely position overlooking the sea front and near the port and restaurants, easy to book ferries from the port. Room was clean although very small with no balcony only a juliette one so difficult to dry towels etc. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice . Now the bad points... we payed for half board, a mistake! It seemed that 98 % of hotel guests were b&b only. We now know why, we understand why it was a fixed menu instead of a buffet due to the small number eating but the meals were extremely poor quality so we ended up eating out for 4 of the 7 nights. Not only that two nights we were the only couple eating in the restaurant. B&B would have been far preferable . There are lovely restaurants near the hotel and around the port. Ferries are €15 return pp, regardless of whether you visit Mline close by or Dubrovnik,and make a nice day out. If we booked Hotel Cavtat again we would only pay for b&b and pay the extra for a sea view room

What a bliss!

While walking by Hotel Cavtat, I noticed an advert for Lavanda Beauty and Physio centre, and at the spur of the moment, I made a booking.
What a bliss! I booked a back massage. Vinko was incredibly attentive, checking in about pressure and focusing on the exact areas where I had tension. The atmosphere was peaceful, with soft music in the background. I walked out lighter, more relaxed, and pain-free. If you need real relief and a touch of luxury, visit Lavanda and Vinko!

Wow wow wow!!!

Wow, this hotel is absolutely amazing!!!
Great location!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful.
The pool area is beautiful!
Views are stunning.
Great choice at breakfast - omelettes made to order and great gluten free choices.
We were very lucky to have been allocated a suite room and I have never stayed in somewhere so beautiful. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable.
Nothing negative at all to say about this hotel. We will 100% be back!!!!

We loved everything about Cavtat

Our first stay in Croatia and it was the most beautiful place with crystal clear waters quiet, friendly people and we felt very chilled on our holiday. Hotel Cavtat is perfectly situated a few yards from the sea and our room 204 was centrally situated overlooking the best view of the bay. It was quiet and the hotel restaurant over the road was stunning, amazing cocktails. I would say it was the best eatery around.
We were half board and breakfast was self service with lots of choices to suit everyone.
Evening meal was a bit haphazard with the service. The staff seemed so stressed and sometimes only one waitress to serve up to 30 people.
The food we couldn’t fault and it was nice to eat in an air conditioned restaurant.
A few issues were when we arrived we had to two hours to wait before we could get into our room. If we had have known this beforehand we would have packed some lighter clothes to change into packed in our hand luggage but there was nowhere to change and the place to leave our things was overflowing with luggage so had to leave our bags at reception. Staff were a bit rude when we asked if we could change somewhere they said no.
The hairdryer stopped working whilst halfway through drying my hair so rang reception for a replacement. It never arrived…
Our room although a little small and not much room to put clothes and no drawers our stuff was piled on top of the suitcases.
Nice decor and very clean.
Will definitely stay here again as everything was so close by.
