We are very happy!

Family with children 3 and 7 years loved our week at Matilde! Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area nice and good with large trees that shade in the afternoons. Apartment is not exactly newly renovated but works fine. We had sea views between the trees and nice views of the pool, and shade almost all day - welcome in the heat. Perfect location right on the promenade with many activities for the children. Nice with a small playground at the hotel. Breakfast with good selection. Shallow beach a stone's throw from the hotel, but not as magical as we have become accustomed to from other places in Croatia.
We missed the toaster in the apartment. The pillows in the beds were terrible, felt like lumped blankets in a pillowcase. Unpleasant to feel the waterproof sheets in the bed, these should be able to lie under a mattress topper for a nicer feeling.
We will be very happy to come back!

Very good facility

+ Fantastically nice facility that fits well into the landscape and goes well in step with Vodice's low stone buildings.
+ The apartments are in good condition and nicely designed with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom as well as large outdoor balcony
+ Well maintained outdoor areas, vegetation, paths etc
+ Very nice staff, everyone is equally friendly
+ cleaning every day including change of towels etc
+ pool area is really nice and well maintained with toilets and showers nearby, plenty of sun loungers that are in good condition.
+ the beach is just outside where there are private sun loungers.
+ playground for children
+ bike rental
Breakfast is substandard! If you arrive at 08:00, the barrels are filled. Thereafter, they will never be refilled again.
It comes in one thing at a time, very slowly, very inefficiently. A poor girl who worked and tried to hang out with hungry breakfast guests.
I would like to give you a tip! Use a cart to refill. Have the next trolley ready when the first breakfast buffet is served and refill everything at once etc
Really needed more staff for breakfast. It doesn't help that everyone is nice when the way you work is inefficient.

Great place on the coast also with kids! Very quiet and everything at hand. Cafes, restaurants, bars, water

Within walking distance a shallow water by the sea where children can do little harm, play opportunities, bars, cafes, restaurants everywhere and lots of peace with very friendly people. You'll really relax here! Friendly people also at Mathilde beach resort with a nice pool and nice apartments neatly decorated and very spacious!

Everything is wonderful. The hotel has integrated into nature. Chef is a special guy and honestly makes amazing crack

It was a pleasure to be there.
This was a real holiday where you can regain strength.
I recommend everyone to come.
