Great value of money

Ok, the location is great. The host is great and the idea of sharing the kitchen is not bad at all. Maybe there are some little things. The third floor may not be for the elderly. The boiler is not working in the big room. And yes, please, a mosquito net. But anyway, if you are in Zadar, I recommend this accommodation. It is in the center of the action, restaurants, cafes, the beach is three minutes away. Really great for the money.

Average room, great location!

My partner and I stayed here for 1 night.
Location was great. Building itself was quite grubby but the room was nice.
We were quite confused upon arrival as when booking we were lead to believe we had this apartment to ourselves, however the rooms are rented individually and the kitchen and bathroom dining are are communal. This wasn’t an issue as we were only there for 1 night and no one was actually staying in the other rooms that night.
Great location, large room and very clean.

Splendid accomodation in perfect location

This is the best accomodation to discover old town of Zadar!!! You don't need a car to njoy the spirit of this old buildings, the sea organ and greetings to the sun. The house is in the middle, next to the main place. Also the kids liked the very clean splendid rooms. The owner is very kind and nice and offers airport transfer. Thank you a lot!

Great place in a great location

Great location, very close to city center and tourist attractions, great place, very clean and new, with everything you would expect from a 3+ star hotel, let alone a rental apartment and very nice and helpful owner (helped with information, very flexible and helpful on payment methods and currency).
Overall a great experience, with nothing negative to say.

Great central location

Rooms old town were perfect for our 2 night stay in Zadar. It was so easy to pop into the room whenever we felt like it as we were never too far away from it! Owners were friendly and helpful. Bed very comfy, excellent aircon and a lovely modern room in general with use of a communal kitchen. Also very safe at nighttime as apartment well locked up! We took the city bus to the old town from the airport which dropped us only 5-10 mins from the accommodation.
