Easy going

Great place to stay. The apartment is comfortable. Clean. Has a good location. There are some shops around and it is a short walk to the beach.
The comunicación with the owner was very easy. Friendly owner.

They think they are smart but they are scammers!!!

They are real scammers. I booked through Booking 4 months in advance for a 2-day stay with them to be carried out in July. A few days ago, more than 3 months after my booking, they told me that due to overbooking they had to cancel my booking. But we are crazy!!! But overbooking of what? It's clearly completely false... they had reservations after mine for several days and they thought it best to eliminate the unfortunate person on duty... that is me! They were unable to say anything to my complaints and showed themselves for what they are...that is, poor people who speculate on the skin of poor tourists. Be careful!

Amazing stay in Zadar :)

My stay in Zadar was amazing, the accommodation and staff are excellent. Nice area, neighbours are great also :) Visiting again for sure :) Marijana is always there for help if you need anything 24/7 :)

Apartmani se nalaze u mirnoj cetvrti, iza apartamna ima puno mjesta za parking a imate i rostilj za rostiljanje, odmor za dusu i tjelo. Apartmani su jako cisti i uredni i moderno opermljeno sa svim potrepstinama sto vam treba! U svakom slucaju za preporucitu

Immer wieder gerne

Eine wunderschöne, Familiengeführte kleine Apartment Anlage! Wir sind seid vielen Jahren, mindestens 2 mal p.Jahr in Zadar in der Villa Micic.
Egal ob als Paar oder Familie,man wird soooo herzlich empfangen und es fehlt an nichts!
Familie Micic führt neben an noch ein Restaurant. Das leckerste Essen, das man in Zadar bekommen kann!!
Alles in allem kann ich es alles nur Empfehlen und wenn man einmal da gewesen ist, will man nie mehr wo anders hin !!
