Brand new cosy guesthouse

Brand new guesthouse :)
1) Neighborhood : Kochkor is quite small. Is 5 minutes away from the center and the noise. Bank next door which accept MasterCard until 15000 soms (really useful for us hahaha).
2) House : brand new house with carpets everywhere, 2 bathrooms, one really nice dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (even rice cooker !).
3) Rooms : 5 rooms in total. Some with a beautiful view ! There is 2 plugs in the room and a mirror. There was just a garbage missing but that's an easy fix.
4) Bathrooms : clean with a mirror, a sink and shower. Good shower with a good pressure and hot water ! A soap can be add but again easy fix.
5) Cooking : really good and huge quantity. Delicious home made jam.
6) Family : friendly and helpful ! The son speaks English and they keep the luggage when you are away.

Friendly and nice family guesthouse

This is really great guesthouse, we spent 1 night here with the friendly and wonderful local family. The food they tediously prepared was good and delicious. We were surprised the way the presented the food which was a lovely as at a 5 stars restaurant. Lots of details were being look into such as serving the rice in a barbequed jalapeno.
Brand new guesthouse, clean and neat.

Total recommendation!

This place is fairly new, it doesn’t even have a sign outside yet. So let’s help with some great facts when you stay there:
+++super lovely family is hosting you. They try to help with everything you need, even cooked dinner for us when we arrived very late at night
+++great location just 5 minutes walk from the city center, yet in a back alley so you won’t have any notices disturbing your sleep
+++luggage storage whilst you’re on your way to Song Kul
+++everything is new and neat. 2 bathrooms with western toilet and a shower each.

Beste guesthouse in Kochkor

Guesthouse Lux in Kochkor is een modern guesthouse met zeer comfortabele kamers en prima badkamer. De zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en haar Engels sprekende kinderen geven je een gevoel thuis te komen. De moeder des huizes is daarbij een uitstekende kok die voor weinig een heerlijk diner en goed ontbijt verzorgt. De prijs voor overnachten is ook relatief laag.
