Only stayed one night. Staff was very helpful and they had onsite parking And my dog stayed for free.

Really quiet. Very large room with all amenities. Very good location to visit Ibarra. Everything is within walking distance: train station, bus station, churches, museums...

Needs better blinds to avoid the light. There is not elevator
