I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with the customer support and facilities at Larsen. It sounds like your concerns regarding privacy, hidden fees, and noise disturbances have not been addressed to your satisfaction. Additionally, the lack of proper gym equipment can be frustrating for those who enjoy working out and is something that should be considered when looking for a place to stay.
I can understand how this situation would be frustrating and disappointing for you as a person who stays at an accommodation. It's important for an accommodation to provide clear communication and support to their clients, and to ensure that they have access to the amenities they need. I'm sorry that this was not the case for you.
We politely disagree regarding the hidden fees part, as you can not complete a booking, unless you have read and seen the price breakdown that we have on our website. We also have the price breakdown in the contract that you sign, before having to make any decisions.
No bench racks in the Gym? Thanks for the feedback - we'll look into how to fit it into the gym to make it more practical.
We do have 1 room that is right next to the common area, and we have taken precautions so that there wouldn't be possible to hear noise to the accommodation room during evenings and nights since.
These matters are what we take very seriously. We certainly strive to improve every aspect of our service and honest feedback is of great help!
