Pluses and minuses...

The building has a great deal of character especially the basement where the breakfast is served. I was also impressed with the breakfast menu for the buffet.
In terms of the bedroom, it has nice high ceilings and a lovely modernised spotless bathroom with a powerful shower.
It loses points for the sleep quality. The two twin bed mattresses seem old and covered by a double mattress topper which doesn't improve the comfort. The aged mattress cover cleanliness was lacking and the road noise was loud despite the double glazing. Perhaps rooms on the opposite side might be quieter...

It's a great hotel in an excellent location, right next to the Old Town. You can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any noise. The breakfast selection could be a bit better. 🙂

Great location. Walking distance to the Old Town. The hotel has breakfast buffet included so that is a plus. The triple room is big enough. All in all, I have no complaints and I highly recommend it to other travelers.

Lovely hotel amazing location

The hotel has an amazing location for the old town, just outside it, accessed by an underpass. Very friendly reception staff who will arrange airport transfers but the Uber app is super efficient in Estonia. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm and clean. A little dated but this isn't luxury accommodation. The buffet breakfast was fine, understandably suited to eastern European tastes rather than Western Europe, but we always found something enjoyable to eat which set us up for the day. Our room was on the ground floor facing the road and we did not experience any significant noise disturbance during our 4 night stay in December. We all loved the charm of Tallinn at Christmas, don't let the freezing temperatures put you off from visiting during winter, just be prepared for it and you will be comfortable. The only negative is the rooms don't provide tea and coffee making facilities. A vending machine is available in reception, which provides a tea or coffee, if required.
