pGarden Resort Hotel is located in Gagra, 8 km from the city center. Sochi International Airport is 34 km away, and Abaata Train Station is 1 km away. It offers 117 rooms of standard, superior, comfort, junior suite and suite categories. All rooms are equipped with a TV, climate control, safe, telephone, mini fridge and a private bathroom. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served every morning, a bar, a summer pool bar, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, a childrens room, a conference room, a SPA complex, massage, billiards, table tennis, a gym, sightseeing services, a garden, parking and a shuttle service./p

Not bad, but there's room for improvement.
The hotel is located in old Gagra. Walk to attractions such as the Fortress of the Abbot, the Castle of the Prince of Oldenburg, the platform of the Abbot and the Maritime Park for 15 minutes. It also houses shops, a pharmacy and a bus station.
There's a shuttle that goes to the old colonnade three times a day. But I don't think the timing is convenient. The shuttle departs at about 10, 12 and 4 p.m. Since the hotel has many families with children, holidaymakers spend the morning at the sea or by the pool, go to daytime sleep and in the evening already go for a walk in the city. It would be more convenient if the last shuttle left at 7 p.m. and just picked up those who arrived on the shuttle at 4 p.m.
The hotel itself is very large, lots of places for promenade, beautiful observation decks, evening music fountain. There are three restaurants on site (except for the one where breakfasts were held). We visited all of them, but we only enjoyed the Sea Restaurant. Then there's the coffee shop, where we really enjoyed the Mikado and Three Chocolates desserts. Until lunch, children can play near the beach in the tent. There's an animator that kids can draw, sculpt or play with. And after lunch, the hotel games room starts working, but it's open until 5 p.m. We hit two animators, unfortunately I don't remember their names anymore. Didn't like the light animator. When playing outside, she used to keep expecting the kids to make a mess and clean it up. Even though the kids were still playing and if my kid was finishing the game, I would ask her to clean up after herself. This game tent near the beach is open until 1 p.m. At 12.30, my daughter came to paint, so this animator has cleaned it up. It's not clear why then to announce that you can play there until 1 p.m., when at 12.30 p.m. all the toys have been removed. We liked the other (dark) animator better.
Also, I really didn't like it and was surprised because we travel a lot and other hotels didn't have this situation. On the day of the flight, my daughter and I were sick, we drank all the water overnight, we had to drink more medicine in the morning, I called the reception to ask for bottled water. On the day of departure there is no free water, but on the ground floor there is a cooler at the reception. But because we weren't feeling well, we didn't want to go anywhere. When I left, I wanted to pay for the water, as I did for all the paid services we used throughout the holiday. But they told me to buy water, you have to go down to the front desk. I wondered why the maids couldn't bring water, and I'd pay later. To which they told me it was different water. I thought the other water was a different producer. After going down to the front desk and paying for the water, they told me to get it from the coffee shop. And how surprised I was that it was the same water we were given every day when we cleaned the room. I still don't understand why the maids couldn't bring us the same kind of water, and I'd pay for it at the front desk when I left.
Otherwise, all the staff were polite and friendly. And even at night, they changed our bed linen when the baby got sick. The room had everything you needed: hygiene supplies and most importantly, an iron and ironing board. It's very convenient when the board and iron are in the room and you don't have to ask for it. Excellent and clean beach, the sea is clear and at the end of August the water was comfortable.
And the hotel is clean, beautiful, if we go to Gagra again, we'll probably choose it for a vacation. But of course, I wanted the employees to notice the flaws and make the hotel even better!

Frustration
We rested from August 10 to August 17, 2025. This is our third visit. From the pros I want to note that keep the rooms, the hotel itself and the territory in order, Also excellent condition of bed linen, towels . The territory park itself is just making sure that the paths go uphill, you don't walk, especially in the heat, and after dark you can break your legs. Accordingly, in the evening there is nowhere to walk, and civilization is difficult to reach.Now to what made our last arrival at this hotel.It is the service staff, not only is it sorely missed, but also hired youth, who do not care about the hotel level.At breakfasts constantly something ends and you have to point it out, then you wait. Perhaps the hotel policy has become like this. In restaurants even worse. At exorbitant prices the wait was up to 90 minutes, then forgot to hand over the order for the kitchen, then back in line. I'll talk about cleaning my room. What level can it be if during the cleaning the grandmother is on video linking with her grandfather.But the most stressful thing for me was when they found out that the hotel was raging with a mouth virus, and many of the service staff and campers were lying sick! And this above all speaks of the unsanitary situation in this hotel!!! I wanted to write much tougher, but apparently the time is soothing.No one else will recommend this hotel(by the way, I already wrote my review on the first arrival,in June 2021 and it is quite the opposite review) And if the administration reads the reviews, put bracelets on the holidaymakers, the hotel has become a passing yard, including the beach,at the entrance and entry to the territory no control

Disappointment...
We come to the hotel for the second time, compared to last year everything has got worse!!!
5 stars doesn't pull at all!!!! There was no shampoo in the room at the time of check-in, the hygiene kit is not replenished without handling!!! Breakfasts are good, the range is small, what to eat is impossible!! Restaurants in the area had terrible service: they waited about an hour for their order, and eventually it turned out that part of the order was not available. With these prices there should be appropriate service! All the visitors who come for years are outraged. Total disappointment, we're not coming next year! From the pros are clear sea, beautiful location, nature and comfortable rooms. I hope management takes action

There is a paradise on earth - it is Georgia ,Gagra Garden REPOST.
It's an amazing place. Window view, the people who work there are superhuman! Very hospitable, always smiling - as if we've known each other for 100 years! this is the highest level of service! And how delicious we were - the kitchen is amazing. Expect us in September! We miss you already!

It's a great place. A magnificent landscape. A real gem by the sea. Cozy interior and exterior. Good value for money. Polite staff. Everybody's happy and I'll come back here again and again. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.
