Very impressed!

We had a really good time with our friends! The terrace is cozy, the location is great. I would like to thank administrator Marika separately, from the first second we were so warmly welcomed, helped in everything, at once a good mood for the whole holiday! Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

The nicest impression

The hotel is wonderful! For its price, it's just a diamond. We came for one day to later leave Tbilisi airport, but this day will be long remembered including thanks to the hotel I rarely write reviews, but it is impossible, just impossible not to celebrate employee Marika. More soulful than a man we've ever met in any hotel in the world. Attentive, helpful and just infinitely kind. Really, she's the only reason you can come and stay in this hotel. The location is ideal: it is the very centre of the old town, almost all the main sights are not just within walking distance: 5-10 minutes. Rooms are normal, there are no special delights, but everything is very clean and neat, linen/towels/clean san knot - everything is proper, the room has a safe, TV and refrigerator) breakfast is simple but delicious: eggs, sausages, vegetables, etc. tea/coffee is free at any time of day) check-out at 12, but allow to leave things for as long as you like) Marika offered to warm up and warm drinks) writing a review while still here - well a very nice impression left) and the view from the window..just a fairy tale) on the 1st floor there is a piano, allowed to play)

A gem of a hotel, hidden in the center of town!

This hotel is very centrally located, yet still feels like it's out of the way. It's a short walk from everything you'd like to visit in central Tbilisi. The room was clean and had everything I needed including a safe and a refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and the door locked.
I was very pleased with the service, location and the price. I'd recommend this hotel with clear conscience to anyone traveling to Tbilisi.

Georgian hospitality

The warmest welcome I've ever met in the world.
She stayed from April 15 to 19, 2025 in room 23.
The hotel does not claim to be a 5-star luxury, but if you want to truly feel Georgian welcome, caring, cozy, you should definitely opt for this place.
Perfect location, breakfast, everything.
I remember this wonderful place fondly. Great thanks.

Very medium hotel

This hotel was chosen by location, by budget. The hotel is well located: immediately you can plan many hiking trails in the city center, all nearby.
Ironically, we've got the number that's the last review. After the review was published, the walls and bathroom were painted too, the curtains and kettle were changed, the problem with the TV was solved (channels are many, catch well). There's heating in the room, we're not freezing, it's warming up fine, but we couldn't turn the radiator down.
The mattresses are comfortable, but in some places they're pressed, and they've given out bed linen with stains on the blanket...
The biggest downside was smoking on the covered veranda, the smell of cigarettes haunted all night!
Karaoke could also be heard, but not critically, and managed to sleep.
Breakfasts were hearty, but a small selection of dishes: fried potatoes, fried sausages, croutons, tea, coffee (there is a coffee machine). But it was very cold, breakfast in jackets)
Room service was offered, but we refused, extra toilet paper.
The rooms are poorly soundproofed and if the roommates are unlucky, you'll hear laughter and chatter.
Definitely not four stars...
