Safe snd friendly

Excellent location. Very quiet room on ground floor, no street noise. Very friendly staff. 24hour tea and coffee and sweets available in bar/ entrance but no kettle in the room. Would stay here again.

The hotel was super conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, especially the bathroom, air-conditioning was fine and it was nice to hang out in the lobby and get some refreshing water while waiting to go to Amsterdam Central. The only thing that stood out as an anomaly against all of the other really nice qualities of the property is the carpet in the halls—it was worn out and should be replaced or something, but it that was the only striking thing that I noticed that didn’t fit with the rest of the property or my experience. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again 100%.

Great spot, lovely staff, but room AC was not working properly

Staff were very nice and super helpful. Location was perfect for being close to the main train station and tourist things. The rooms were mostly ok. It was clean and we had enough room. I did ask for another pillow. They said they couldn’t provide, one which seemed odd given there were no spares in the room. Surely a hotel would have more than one per potential guest. The main curtains to keep out the light aren’t quite wide enough to cover the windows. The air conditioner at the maximum cooling settings were almost as good a a room fan would have been, but not quite.
Overall I would stay here again provided I had a different room.

Great Stay & Location

Very conveniently located —in the heart of it all and bet close to Amsterdam Centraal. The staff was bet accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again!
