Always coming back here

Our fourth year to Enschede and the fourth time we choose this hotel. Large good room, large balcony, separate sleeping part for the children. A separate toilet and bathroom is always a big plus. Pool and sauna. very nice hotel.

Superregt and lazy kitchen

The restaurant was almost crowded but it took a long time to get the service. Many were at work but did not seem to know exactly what to do.
We ordered forrett onion soup and tomato soup which were good and came quickly. Had to wait a huge crowd at the main course if we ordered snitzler, burger and beef. We didn't get the right accessories for the beef- so we let you know. Then it took even longer before two overcooked little potatoes came on their own plate. We had children with us, and having to wait so long for food and finish the meal so late was not quite okay.
Nice enough waiters but bad from the kitchen's side.
The food was ok, but the experience was not good when we had to mess to get what we had ordered and everything came too late. He received no refusal or compensation either.
Have good time and low expectations if you go here.

poor maintenance , service and employees top

Air conditioning couldn't handle it, the balcony door couldn't close wasn't fixed either , we were there for 4 days but no one was seen after several questions , the shower only did the rain shower , thought delicious stools for the jet streams but no , that was not heeded either , rooms, dark old fashioned and poorly cleaned, the most expensive hotel but downright the worst we've had so far , waste of money

High standard, good service.

Very competent reception. Quick check-in.
The room was huge, with a shower and a bathtub.

Fine hotel, but dinner was very disappointing

Friendly staff, friendly staff. Hotel room and breakfast were fine. Dinner was disappointing. The beans with the satay were dirty and limp. The fish from the fish plateau was watery and tasteless. The response of the waiter was: I will pass it on to the kitchen, if they get more complaints, they can do something with it. Incomprehensible!
