Absolutely exquisite service, scenary and location

I cannot rave about this place enough.
The owner could not do enough for us.
The B&B has a range of rooms: My family was put in a lovely fit for purpose Jack and Jill suite, while the couple we were traveling with had a large chic double room and ensuite.
Lovely airy dining room. However, most days we chose to eat ( with so many options) outside. We were the first lot of visitors post the lifting of Covid restrictions, and liked the sound of this place as it has numerous sitting places outside.
There is a huge pondlike feature with massive that attracts the birds, we saw a number of herons and nesting swans and Coots daily at the B&B. There is also an active dam (we did not see the though).
The B&B is popular with cyclists and families alike.
There are a number of cycle routes and walks. There is really something for everyone.
5 -10 mins walk to Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet
5 -10 mins in the opposite direction is a walk on which we spotted some .
The B&B is on the outskirts of an extremely affluent superb, one day we just walk around it, admiring people's houses.

Overpriced B & B

Booked this at the last minute on a hotel booking site. Compared with our previous hotel 115 Euros per night this was expensive at 170.00 Euros inc a modelst breakfast. Room was up a flight of steel stairs. The top stair level was unstable. We had a double bedroom with a bathroom in between. Bedroom one had a double bed jammed up against a wall with a very narrow passage down just one side to get into bed. Bedroom two had two single beds in a very small room. The linen was old and quite worn. The bathroom was clean but my bathtowel had a large worn hole in it, Breakfast was adequate yoghurt, some fruit, a boiled egg, bread etc. While the owner was very nice it reminded me of place that had seen much better times in the past. Would not recommend!

Great themed B+B with friendly staff, who will go the extra mile, Food was amazing and very reasonably priced for what you get for your money. Fari was a magnificent hostess and did everything she could to make you feel welcome

Super!

Loved the room which was kind of motel like in set-up with good furniture. Charming and very welcoming host and an amazing breakfast. Loved it! I need to add me words otherwise the review won't get published but I have nothing more to add. Place is amazing. Loved it.

Great B&B, Quiet and Relaxing.

We stayed there four nights; from 10-17 July 2017. The house was very clean with good breakfast. Very friendly owner who catered for our every need. It is in a quiet area close to a golf resort. Lots of grassed lawn all around the house to walk or play in. Close to Batavia Stad.
