Unfortunately points deduction for three topics
We stayed a weekend with family, i.e. adult children and three grandchildren in 2 houses. The houses were great and there is nothing to complain about. However, we have two captains in the family who were looking forward to a boat trip. Unfortunately, all 6 motorboats that were available were allegedly defective. That was a big disappointment. That would have been the highlight for the sons and grandchildren.
Very unfortunate and incomprehensible :(
2. The second point: Bread order.
Only possible on the website, but not to realize. 10 attempts, no success. So also this great service not available:(
3. Restaurant:
!!️ Warning. Please don't order pizza there. Every frozen pizza from the supermarket is worlds better. Also the price incredibly high.
Conclusion: The weekend would have been top if the above points were still consistent.

Europapark Ijsselmeer we cannot recommend
The house 77 is functionally clean and cleverly decorated. The house is on the water where unfortunately there are extremely many mosquitoes. Clever...in front of the bedroom windows are fly screens. Unfortunately, the oven and microwave were extremely dirty....incl. food scraps. There was a hole in the couch....photos were taken and emailed to the park....no reaction. The persosnal at the reception was young and friendly. In the booking e-mail it was agreed that if you drive in front of the barrier it opens automatically. Unfortunately, this was not the case....we arrived at 7 pm and an operation of the intercom was unsuccessful. So park outside. On the other day we wanted to clarify the matter, suddenly we wanted an additional 12,95€ for the service we are allowed to drive into the park. We didn't do that. On a boat trip with the rented sloop a deposit was necessary, this we paid 59.53€ but only got 50€ back although there was no reason. Case opened at Paypal. From our point of view the park is nothing special....we will not come back. Other areas are much nicer.

Great couple for a week/weekend getaway
Fine stay for a nice weekend away; the surroundings are beautiful
Near the water and also the villages nice for an afternoon hanging on the terrace.
Accommodation looks good
Clean and neatly decorated
Of course there are things missing in the drawers but that should not spoil the fun. Cottage Booking with Jacuzzi makes it complete.

Cottage fine. Cleaning and communication poor.
Cottage in itself was fine (204). Were it not for the fact that we still found dog hair everywhere. In the kettle, on the plates and in the glasses. So we first put everything through the dishwasher again. In addition, the jacuzzi did not get hot the first evening, the reception indicated that this was normal and would have been indicated but we could not find it anywhere, since we only stayed 2 nights we had booked something else if that had been known. They email the first day if things are playing but they don't go back on that themselves. Reception has given us extra dishwasher tablets.

Not ok
Not good customer service and not friendly. Unfortunately. I wanted to give people information about this anyway so here's one. It is important that if there are complaints that they are adequately resolved, unfortunately that has not happened. I hereby pass that on.
