Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff great, self check in and out is quick and efficient. Close to many things, definitely walkable to most.

Our room did not feel clean. It wasn’t made up daily as requested. Finger prints on the walls in the bathroom. Dark hair in the bathtub , AC didn’t work. I would not recommend

Very nice property with friendly staff. Stayed in a single room. Shower was a bit snug but room was great. Location was also great. I would return.

Good hotel in a great location

We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is elegant inside and the reception staff available, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was large with a great view over the museum park. The bathroom was a good size with Ritual toiletries and a much welcomed magnifying mirror. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, lots of variety - including dairy and gluten free - and all very tasty. The location is right by the museums and shops and a ten minute walk to Rotterdam Centraal.
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
