위치가 대로변 주위라 찾기 어렵진 않으나 주차자리가 별루 없어서..... 장점은 주변에 상권이 많아 먹거리나 물건 구매등은 좋았습니다. 시설은 보통 수준인데 직원분들은 서비스나 다른부분에서는 신경을 많이 써주시는거 같아 좋았습니다

テレビ局に近いと言うだけの理由で推し活で利用しました。が、本当にうるさいです！！！いわゆるラブホです。壁も薄すぎて、隣の部屋が明け方までTVを大音量で見ているのかずっと音が聞こえてきて全く眠れませんでした、、、とにかく全ての音が筒抜けです。廊下で大声で話す声、ドタバタする音、夜中だろうが全く他人に配慮する気はない方が泊まるところという印象を受けました。ベッドサイドのコンセントは使い物にななかったです。また同じテレビ局に行く用事があっても使用しません。耳栓は必須です。

お湯がなかなか出てこず、部屋も独特な香りがしました。タオルも破けていました。とにかくうるさいです。休めません。やむを得ない事情がなければもう二度と利用しません。
