Very convenient location: close to subway station (intersection of 3 main lines of Seoul Metro).
The place itself is really nice: clean and cosy.
Want to say special thanks to the landlordโs hospitality: replied to any questions very quickly and was very welcoming.
Definitely recommend this place to stay in Seoul. It feels like home.

Host was kind and replied promptly to my queries. She arrived shortly after I called her that I checked in, and prepared a fresh fruits cup as welcome gift. There were also some Korean snacks prepared for me in the room.
Room looked exactly the same as the listing photos, comfortable and cosy, with all the necessary amenities for any leisure traveller. Even hair band, hair brush & flat iron are available, so convenient for female guests! Different USB cables were also available for charging mobile devices.
If I had to nitpick, slight wear and tear was visible in the room, such as little stains on tabletop / counter top & bathroom. Small towels were provided, which is quite common in Korea homestays, but I wish bigger bath towels were provided as it's easier to wipe yourself dry with that. Lastly, the bathroom glass door could not be closed completely, so water will flow out during shower.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay here, in a wonderful location near to so many shopping malls in Dongdaemun & 3 subway lines. Airport limo bus stop is also just a few steps away from residence entrance!

Stayed like home sweet home. Xian was super helpful and kind for us will visit again when back to Korea. Closer to the DongDaemoon Station too
