I want to acknowledge Solara for making my stay significantly better after a very bad experience at another nearby hotel. I arrived exhausted, stressed, and unsafe after dealing with an unclean room, insects, and unprofessional communication at the previous location. Solara’s staff treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. They checked me in quickly, offered clear information, and made me feel safe. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after almost falling asleep at the wheel trying to find a better place. Solara truly turned a terrible night into a peaceful stay, and I appreciate the professionalism and care they showed. Solara really helped me after I had a bad experience at a nearby hotel. They let me check in early, which I appreciated so much because I was tired and stressed. I want to thank the front desk lady for being kind and understanding, and I want to thank all the housekeepers for keeping the room very clean. The area felt safe, the room was comfortable, and I even got to see the fireworks from my window. Solara truly made my stay better.

Great place to stay very close to Disneyland . Hotel staff very good and nice clean rooms . Will definitely be back real soon for more of that Disney magic.

Over all room was picked up but the shower was clogged. Our key stopped working. The pool was dirty with a bunch of bugs. The lady at the front desk asked they could send someone over to go look at the shower but after a long Disney day we just wanted to rest. Also at the people upstairs were making so much noise that we woke up. Mind you we live in an area that is extremely loud at night so sound tends not to bug us. Who ever was upstairs was extremely loud and it was between the hours of 5 to 6am.

I asked for a ground-floor room, but they told me none were available. I had a lot of luggage to take up to the rooms at the back, and there is no elevator; I had to carry everything up the stairs myself. They don't have luggage carts, so I had to haul it all up—I went up and down about ten times. It was terrible, and I had to do the exact same thing when checking out.

This place is close to Disneyland. You can hop on the bus and it’s a short ride away! Also, I loved that the staff came and cleaned the room daily. This is rare in this day and age. The hotel is updated, clean, and comfortable. I have stayed here before, and will stay again.
