Lovely weekend

Our brief visit at this lovely southern home, Springwood Inn, was a delight! While in Anniston for a hiking race, our hosts Carolyn and Bob welcomed us for a memorable weekend. Our breakfast was delicious (loved the beets!) and served so elegantly. This gracious, personable couple opened their home to us and even made our departure special. Many thanks! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.

Serene Setting, exquisite Home & Delicious Breakfast!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Carolyn and Bob. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. Their house is beautiful, and the setting is incredibly peaceful—exactly what we needed to relax and recharge.
The breakfast each morning was truly outstanding—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a highlight of our stay. You can tell they put so much care into every detail.
If you’re looking for a warm, inviting place with gracious hosts and a tranquil atmosphere, this is it. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable bed and breakfast experience!

Beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting.

The inn was very cozy and inviting. The hosts/owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

A Tea for Mom

Hands down impeccable.
The perfect crown for my mother’s service. The Turkish teapots are lavish in the least and Ms Carolyn and Mr Bob are dreams. Enter as guests leave as friends. Love you both!

Felt like home

Wow! What a SUPER find in Alabama at Springwood Inn! I found this beautiful B&B while planning my Christmas road trip. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Carolyn and Bob Orchid, the BEST hosts ever. I was so looking forward to attending their Christmas Tea but I arrived too late just as it was wrapping up. No problem for them, though. They had me set up and served with nice hot tea and tasty snacks within minutes of my arrival! It was a scrumptious treat after a long day of travel. I appreciated you going out of your way to ensure I enjoyed your tea party! The lovely southern mansion was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. Carolyn showed me all around and my room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and just what I needed for another long travel day. Bob recommended a couple of nearby museums that were fantastic! I only wish I had planned to stay longer. I look forward to a return trip in fairer weather for a longer stay to enjoy the beautiful grounds, exquisite home, great breakfast, and company of new friends! Thank-you Carolyn and Bob for making me feel so at home so far away from home.
