Great time at a pleasant venue.

This conference center is a great venue for conventions and tournaments. Roomy, bright and a very helpful front desk staff made my stay enjoyable. Aurora is a pleasant town with many good dining and shopping options.

STAY AWAY!!!

Woken up on a SAT. MORNING by a lawn mower. Asked to speak to a manager. None available. " come down to the desk and I'll give you a card". There is so much more but THAT says it all. No customer service at all. Their lack of response to my complaint was as loud as the mower. I'll never stay at one of their hotels again. I mean any of their hotels. Wyndham...you lost a customer.

Get with the times. Out with the old and in with the new!

Beautiful event space and amazing service, food and drinks. The rooms however are beyond dated. This hotel, even if its theme is intentionally nostalgic needs serious upgrades and updates. They look like rooms from the late 80s/early 90s from the lighting, furniture, appliances, tv, bathroom fixtures, toilet almost to the ground, coffee maker, blow dryer & outlets. Can even smell gas in certain pockets of the building. Could be age related. They can do better. The homes in the area are 300k or more. It's overdue for an overhaul and serious upgrades. I'm available for style consultanting. I have visited many nice hotels and can provide great recommendations and feedback.

Very disappointed to say the least.

I wouldn't return nor would recommend this hotel. Extremely dated and in need of repairs and a refresh. Mildew/mold in showe. Old beat-up furnishings, missing/broken tile grout. No tv or hotel literature in room. No mention of amenities when checking in. Seams to be understaffed. Not adequately lit in elevator, halls and rooms. No fridge, no waters, not a comfortable place to stay. I completed a survey indicating my observations and will not return unless huge changes take place.

Don't stay here

Disgusting place falling apart and over charging for what they deliver. I must say the front desk staff is amazing as are the kitchen, servers and such. It's just the building that is horrible
