stayed at this hotel in early July 2026. As a British traveler who hasn't visited a US hotel in a while, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of customer engagement and kindness from the staff—particularly the reception team, who were always polite, attentive, and readily available.
The breakfast was decent, though I felt the fruit selection could be improved, especially with as a minimum, some berries as an option. I was also disappointed by the lack of non-dairy milk. If you're vegan or lactose intolerant, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm your dietary options before booking. They may be able to support both dietary needs.
I would still recommend this hotel overall for its outstanding service.

The staff was mostly friendly and the lobby was clean. However the pool was closed, which they did communicate, the gym smelled terrible, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the water fountain on the second floor could not fill reusable water bottles. It’s in a good location and a fair price but could use a lot of updating and better amenities.

It was excellent. The soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were excellent. Also, the refrigerator and microwave had two sockets to plug extras in. Book you want be disappoint.

There had been a power outage before I checked in… and was unaware that hot water was not available and the discovery was made that it would not be available during the length of my stay. I would say it put a metaphorical damper on things. Had there been hot water, my stay would have been much cleaner- as hot water encourages a good shower.

Power went out at 10pm, kept thinking it’d come back on, it did not. Miserable night of sleep, no shower in morning, still fighting for a refund.
