The building was very clean and cozy. Our room was very clean and comfortable as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included. I felt very comfortable staying here.

Worse than poor service

Don’t rely on their shuttle service. Booked for one evening and stood outside of Midway for over an hour (still waiting). I called 3 separate times requesting the shuttle. You will be better off at any of the Marriott hotels, their shuttle showed up 3 times while ours was M.I.A. We are currently still waiting so it might show up a 4th time.

Always love the Doubletree! Staff was great, rooms were clean, and shuttle was perfect. Very close to Orange line train for easy access to the city side.

The hotel was great and very clean!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included, however we purchased breakfast from Coaches restaurant and it was worth it! Very good food.
Another nice perk is free shuttles to the midway airport.

Great visit. The hotel was clean and quiet, the breakfast bar and Coach’s sports Bar was delicious, the staff (especially Adriana at the bar) were so friendly and accommodating. Look forward to visiting again!
