Lighten Up, other reviewers!
The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. If someone had googled the area, they would know that it isn't the best side of town. I never once felt anything other than safe and secure. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the deadbolts are checked religiously. If you need a fair rate in the area, I would highly recommend Relax Inn.

For a few hours
Our room was clean no roaches or rats but we were beside the ice machine which was noisy. The towels could have used some fabric softner but for 8 hours we can't complain. The young lady at the front desk was as sweet as pie and most accommodating and we appreciate her service. We were there on the evening of August 16th for a memorial service and this was luckily convenient to the Funeral home where the service was held as we overslept. I want to thank the front desk clerk for her graciously accommodating us. Didn't get the young lady's name but otherwise I would have gone to another more expensive hotel but this was more than convenient less than 5 minutes from the funeral home. My only problem is that after my stay calling back to the front desk has taken me 20 minutes for someone to answer already. I am on the phone waiting for someone to answer.

Do not pay for this high place
You pay way to much for the rooms to not get no more then you do the WIFI did not work or the only way it would is walk up front to the office then it worked so we had to buy a hotspot box from walmart and that was $80 then we had to pay for data and there was 3 of us using it so we paid $70 one time and then 30 the next time and paid $250 a week for two weeks and there was all kind of gangs running all over the lot all night and moust of the day fightting right at our door gun shots going off all the time the rooms was run down need a lot of work i wish i had nevre found the place and there was so much brunt up in the room like the tub and the table the man in the office was so rude he was real nice till he got our money off our card now i will say one thing the claning lady that we had was so sweet and she done her best to clane the room with what she had to work with it looked good when she got done well as good as you can make a crapy place like that look but if you can try to find a better place that is not so high and has WIFI and ppl in the office that want make you fell like a crazy person or you maybe like me want to bet the crap out of the man up front only if my wife had let me go back up there i would have bet my money out of him

Dodgy: Not "Relax Inn"
The room was reasonably clean but the AC was noisy and the surroundings were dodgy. The motel is quite old and well-worn and shows lack of care. Whoever owns it cares little, if at all, about the condition. The room key is old style with the holes in the plastic and one gets the TV remote at check-in, the office shielded by plastic window. The best part was the woman receptionist. She was business-like but very kind. Stay away!

The front desk man was rude unpleasant, unreasonable made me feel little
When I booked room online time arrival was on there and I filled in time I would be arriving 4-5 am on july11. Well my cc was charged n since I book 3 hrs b4 time of arrival I couldn't cancel. Well arrived at 4:10 am and the front desk said there wasn't a room I couldn't have my money back said check In is at 3pm I told him online I told time of arrival and the room was booked n my money for the room was charged on cc. Very scary neighborhood is in bad shape the had bags of Idk maybe dirty linen tons of it right next to office. Front desk man was very rude I wasn't able to understand him well but he made me feel stupid and it was my mess up on the room. When we pulled up the was people looking out the hotel room windows very scary
