Way overpriced

Terrible room especially at this price. Sink leaked, poor heating/cooling, loud, trash outside, uncomfortable bed and pillows, noisy and poor lighting in bathroom, toilet not working properly, trashy bathroom door,
Staff pleasant, food decent, do not offer coffee machine all day.

All in all; horrible experience for an unplanned emergency 2 day stay.

This BW was the only hotel in the area; looked the safest. The room was nice, but the Days IN across was riddled with drive up handoffs, many occurring (and other handy’s) under the trees between the properties. My biggest issue was being charged additional nights. After a month of phone calls; many messages.The manager finally spoke to me. Nice lady, but after a month; I nearly forgot and I wonder if that was their plan. The Sonny’s barb was disgustingly food and service was deplorable. 4 of my credit cards were hacked during my 2 day ordeal. All 4 cards were slammed HARD and shut down by USAA, navy fed, BOA and chase. I was lucky I had a couple left, otherwise, I’d been stuck. Being the ONLY large legit parking lot hotel, EVERY non hotels guests parked their large vehicles in BWs lot.

Absolute Nightmare

The room is moist and smelly. The wall paint was chipped. The manager is MIA, and while the staff are trying their best, they don't really know what is going on. You get a different story from every desk person, and ultimately, they say they need Liz Cruz, who as far as I know, doesn't even exist. I wouldn't suggest even my worst enemy stay here. They still owe more than one person a refund for billing us wrong, and the mysterious Liz Cruz is the only one who can fix this. Bradenton Hotel Investments and Vijay Patel need to fix their 'investment' .

Smelly and Needs Updated

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The smell in the corridors was awful and you could smell it in the bathroom of our room. The furniture in the lobby was dirty and outdated. We complained to the managers the three days we were there and they said they are working on the smell. The rooms could be updated as well.

Waiting for refund due to faulty TV and phone.

Unfortunately the TV and the phone did not work. The front desk attendant (Mike) did all he could to resolve the issue and after an hour or so offered us a different room.
I am disappointed that the manager (LIZ) did not contact me and offer some type of refund for the room even after both MIke and the morning attendant assured me that notes were recorded and would be past on to the manager.
