We needed a place to land on a long LA trip seeing family and friends. This was a great choice with my 2 younger kids. They loved the property, pool, and breakfast. Staff were very helpful, parking was safe and easy. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We will stay again when visiting OC family.

I specifically chose this hotel because it promoted adults only time at the pool. No one under 18 from 10pm to midnight. They did not enforce this at all. Multiple kids during that time frame. AC also did not work well. Came back late and the room was not cool. Was after midnight and we were only there 1 night. Too much of a hassle to switch rooms.

We were unable to accompany our son and grandson as planned but my son informed us the staff was amazing and their was an issues with his original room and gave him their last room which was an incredible suite! Thank you for making their stay so wonderful

Housekeeping was horrible. Put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and take it off at 10am. Room never cleaned on 4 of 5 day stay. Had to call for clean towels often.

I gave stayed here once a year for the last 6 years. The property is run down and dirty. I won’t be back.
