5 star customer service

There were a couple of issues with my room. I don’t like to put negative on the Internet, but I did make the team aware and they did the best they could to handle things. Rebecca went above and beyond and gave me extra things for my room as well as checked on me to make sure I was happy with my stay.
The next day, other issues unfolded, and Kai (Kay?) helped get me a new room and worked on making sure I had all that I needed to get rest.
These two extraordinary women understand hospitality and are probably some of the best front desk team members I have ever encountered. Every detail with kindness and they didn’t skip a beat when I shared my concerns. I would return due to their hospitality. I appreciate the customer service I received. I can only wish that in the cruel world we live in, that Kai and Rebecca stay in this business. We need people like them. Top notch.

Great for an on the road trip or visiting the university

Right next to highway, pretty typical Hampton Inn. Clean and good bedding, and quiet except for cooling unit (not too bad on noise level compared to some others i have experienced). Nothing you can walk to. My morning walk was into a condo village. Restaurants: Laziza: Expensive, but a nice meal. I had a shrimp in a sauce with rice that was very good. It is a short 5 minute drive from hotel.

So nice at check in

Right off I-76 and nice area. Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable price. Rebecca at check-in was very helpful and patient. She was understanding and made me feel at home. Very kind lady!

Caulking and grout was coming out in the bathroom. Common eating area wasn’t very well cleaned. Staff was great, hotel itself just a little rundown.
