Comfort and Familiar Service at Marriott SYV!

The staff was amazing and took care of me from check-in to lunch, dinner and late night treats. Check-in got me to my room quickly and efficiently. I took an Uber from Santa Barbara Airport that was effortless and will take a Buellton cab 805 Taxi Cab Service back to Santa Barbara Airport because I have to leave at 4:30am!!Nearby for dinner is Firestone and you can take a bus to Solvang for a Danish experience! The room was clean and cold at 60 degrees! The hotel is next to the highway but if you have a fan App you don’t hear the highway. This was business trip and the price was very affordable. I love staying at Marriott for the consistency! The overall feel is comfortable. The hotel will be updated soon so expect big changes! The restaurant staff was attentive to all my needs!

Not worth the price

Well sadly my bathroom toilet has pee stains all over the lid. I ordered a $14.00 piece of cake to go and the cake is TINY! Haven’t tried it because I lost my appetite after using the bathroom. We came here because we have a dog there really isn’t any place grassy to walk him. Sad for almost 500.00 .

Bar/restaurant staff was friendly. The front desk staff can be nicer. I booked the hotel through hotels.com and there was a disdain from the front desk staff since I booked the hotel from hotels.com. The ac stopped working and the room was quite hot. I complained to them and had to relocate to another room at 2:00 AM. The inconvenience was disregarded by the front desk staff.

I checked in with several pieces of luggage and bags, there was no bell to help. 1 person on staff at desk. Terrible first impression at Marriott and I am a silver awards member.
Parked my car far away from hotel entry because no parking and they charge for WiFi which should be free!!

Clean room and great facilities. Enjoyed the hot tub and great to have a bar and restaurant on site. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Easy free parking.
