Great Staff

Stay here for the staff alone! They're the best. Room, breakfast, coffee, wifi, everything else was good too.

It was mostly fine. Clean. Bed was decent to sleep on. Shower was awful...no way you're standing under the shower head unless you're 5'4" or less.

Awful Headache of Management

if i could give this hotel zero stars for their service, i would. the amount of hoops they made my friends and i jump through is ridiculous and i hope they’re ashamed of the way in which they conducted their business. we were transferred here from our original hotel because they didn’t have a room for us. we were accommodating to this despite them having 3 people share one bed despite our reservation being for two beds. they then repeatedly would charge my friend’s card throughout the trip and when we would call and ask about the charges, we would get put on hold and told various different reasons as to why they had to withdraw and hold money of various amounts that did not reflect what was on the invoice. they then withheld the money from the accidental fee and said it was because we had “too much garbage” despite any extra accumulated trash being put in tied up bags next to the trash can. my friend had to spend hours on the phone dealing with all these issues and finally corporate management said that the hotel just didn’t know how to properly charge us for our stay and that the $150 was actually for the stay they forgot to charge us for. the exhausting process of dealing with these people who do not care at all about the headache they’ve put us through is not worth staying here. support a local boutique hotel if you can because this corporation does not care about you or the absolute garbage they put you through in the process.

In review of your reservation, it was booked through Expedia and was confirmed for a king bedded room for 1 adult. While we do apologize for the inconvenience, that is how the reservation was presented to the hotel. In addition, the hotel only processed an authorization of $30 for incidentals on your credit card so not sure as to what happened in that regard. As said before, we do appreciate your feedback and will certainly share with our team. All of us wish you a very pleasant day.

I mean, it’s a room with a bed

This place smells like a tin can full of prostitutes. The pictures make it look nice but it sucks

This was an amazing location, walking distance to eatery and shopping. I enjoy my stay. The room was cleaned. The staff were awesome very helpful and understanding. Overall, very pleasant. I will visit again.
